Driver Training - Which School

Have any of you put your kids through driver training yet? If so which school and were you happy with the instruction / end result?

I put my son through there, the lady that rode with him was always on her phone, sometimes watching youtube videos, not paying attention, not offering any type of instruction, and even used him to taxi her kids around.

Also she was MIA for one of the instructions, if we were 5 minutes late they'd charge us extra fees, but they seemed to think it was fine that she was 25 minutes late after we called to find out what what going on... and then they wanted to shorten his seat time to accommodate for her being late.
