I need to fax something to a government office (unfortunately they don't accept emails) but i don't have a landline nor fax machine.
Can anyone recommend a service that can do this? There's a lot on google but some of them seem sketchy so hoping someone knows a legit one.
thx

Staples?
For a one off it’s probably not worth overthinking it. I’m sure any print shop could do it maybe just call ahead?

Ask them if they accept carrier pigeon instead.

I feel like it was embarrassingly recently that I had to submit core analysis data to the AER on a disc via Mail.

myFax and a cell phone camera dude.
This. Myfax has 14 day free trial too so doesn't cost anything.

look and see if one of your older pc's still has an RJ22... See if you can find a modem... I know my brother software will still allow me to fax if i have a modem - Have an old 57.6k pc card modem.
Probably a way to tether your cellphone and also do it now that I think about it.

This seems like the worst of all solutions

My hp all in one printer has fax functionality and an rj22 jack but I don’t have a landline. Not aware of a way to tether a physical phone/fax to my mobile without buying a dongle/additional piece of hardware
I’ll give myfax a shot. It came up as one of top search results so if you guys have used them it should be fine. $10 a month is a bit much to sub to for a the odd time I have to fax. They should add an a la carte option for like $1 per fax but Ill just do the trial this time.
Thx all

freefax.com - used several times (or pay a couple of bucks to send without an ad)
This seems like the worst of all solutions
Just go back in time and grab all this shit. Maybe some sweet 80s rocker chicks too.

killramos If it makes you feel any better, well log submissions are suspended right now because they only want them via CD and everyone is WFH

He'd send it by stagecoach.
He's elderly.

I'm sure you already figured it out, but like others mentioned, free fax sending sites out there. I used https://faxzero.com/ as recently as a few weeks ago, works great.
