Looking forward to needing rental cars for work trips. That'd be a start.

I'm not sure if these are all new, but they are ones I haven't tried yet and are new-ish.

1. Roma - I want to see if it feels like an Aston or a Ferrari. I'm not sold on what they did here.
2. GR Yaris - not sure how though.
3. C8 Vette
4. Cayman GTS 4.0
5. McLaren Artura - I hate the idea of this frankly, but I'm willing to be proven wrong.

Honorable mention: Ram TRX

I’m clearly boring because nothing comes to mind.

I can’t wait to put some mileage on my GP2 and some longer journeys on the 335d. Maybe even a special event in the Crown Vic. I tend to decline offers to drive other people’s vehicles for fear of an accident or something going wrong that I feel responsible for.

Taycan. The idea of a luxury Performance EV that has something resembling build quality appeals to me. Sadly, it’s probably out of my budget this year, but look forward to trying one out.

I’d really like to try a Veloster N. I wish they had brought the i30/Elantra N here.

A 2019 sportwagen? Or are they bringing the 2022 model out? I like that car.

Got call on the Roma, I will add that one to my list.

Yeah likely a 2018 or 2019.

As much as I love the savage fit, I do miss some creature comforts.

Cool looking car. Not coming to Alberta until 2022, it seems.

There's a few EV or PHEV I'd like to take a look at, but as I've complained about, most aren't going to be available in Alberta for another year. Maybe that timing works out for me better anyway in terms of downsizing the wife's Odyssey.

VW ID4, Rav4 Prime, and the next gen sportwagen, all fit that. V60 PHEV, and frankly a few Volvo should probably get a test drive.

Maybe save my pennies for another year and see if I get a promotion or laid off, that'd help.

Ain't that the truth!
I'm half way between asking for a massive raise and worried if the next project doesn't come through the gate with the right timing I'll need to really find the difference between a CERB and a Croatian.
LoL!
*Awkward LoL...

I wish I got these options as rental cars. Last place I got a rental car (Regina Airport) the best I could get was a Nissan Qashqai.

Is the Tesla Cybertruck going to be a reality this year? Compared to the rest of the EV trucks Ive seen out there - thats got to be the ugliest one.

Since I can't afford any new vehicles, I'll dream a bit.

911 Targa
TRX
C8
F-150 Hybrid
Multistrada V4
MT-09

Those last 2 are bikes, if you're wondering.

In reality, my wife's Murano will need to be replaced soon, so there could be some small CUV's that actually get driven. :(

The new F150 is nice. Silverado was decent, Ram has the best base engine of the bunch.

I should do a rental truck roundup review. Haven't got my hands on the elusive tundra yet but they are out there

If anyone wants to rent a tundra in Calgary, I can set that up if you want. I have some pull with the car rental peeps.

Never borrow another man's motorcycle, car, horse or wife unless you're willing to write a cheque for the full purchase price on the spot.

I can't wait to fire up my old-ass half ton at 5:00 PM for the exciting 6 minute commute home.

You're doing it right.

To keep with the thread. Just looking forward to getting seat time in my own stuff. New F150 when it lands and my new to me '65 Lemans.

The new F150, it's a hybrid but still boasts 430 HP with its 3.5L engine.

Obviously dual straight pipe. Gotta get that rifling action going.

As for actually contributing,
2021 F150 diesel and the hybrid
2021 edge (girlfriend is interested)
2021 rav4
2021 explorer (hybrid?)
maybe throw in some other fun new thing.

Also looking forward to driving the summer whip again.

Buddy is getting an ultima RS built. Can’t wait to drive that thing once it’s finished and up here.
