If you ask me, Texas wanting to sue the USA for losing jobs is exactly the wrong thing. Texas rewards inefficiency (combustion engine primarily) The small amount of gain you get burning 43,000 horsepower to take a plane trip on a weekend round of golf isn't really helping the next generation that can barely scrape the money together to pay for 1hp to go to the grocery store.

The next generation does not want 1,000 monkeys on 1,000 computers coding netflix video streams by hand for a million dollars.

They want one monkey overseeing an AI brain that automatically does it for pennies.

Can you consume your way to prosperity, in 1960 I would have said solidly yes. But in 2021, was the second man on the moon a mistake?

As for banning natural gas appliances in Texas, either way by me. The main problem is the combustion engine. How many Albertans actually realize that Texas is slating bans on natural gas appliances? You can thank blanket propoganda and Kenney for that one.
