As you have probably guessed, China only, Fold down sides & 99 hp.

No doubt used more for agriculture and oversized light lumber (with the price of lumber nowadays, I doubt you would be doing a heavy load anyhow) and not so much hauling other equipment or water.

Considering Ford and GM charging 50K for their "baby trucks" (Canyon, Colorado and Ranger), I think its a good idea to make/sell a value focused truck for people who dont need all the bells and whistles and power. Shit, i still see Mazda B2200's doing big boy work on job sites and Nissan NV200's doing truck jobs.. theres a market here as well for sure.

Ridgeline has some some serious competition. Looks very similar too.

I do like that it is only a $14 increase for the dual cab.

What you place the value proposition in front of us, $9k for this truck, or $80k for a decent optioned F150... It's a no brainer. You could replace this china truck every 2 years and still be ahead.

I feel like it wasn’t that long ago where you could have a stripped out single cab half ton for under 20k.

Just went and took a look. 33k is basically as low as MSRP goes for a half ton from any of the big three today in Canada.

9k for a get shit done vehicle you are laughing. You won’t ever tow anything with it but it’s borderline a who cares problem with its versatility.

Perfect for the farm. Illegal for the road.

Dude, it was only a few years ago, you could buy a nice Ram 3500 for like $75k AND they would give you a free Jeep Cherokee too!

I get it, I really do. But it's hard to compare something that is 40 years old with something from today. You guys aren't arguing about me being wrong, because you know I'm not.

When a Fit makes more power.

Honda should modify their Fit engine for truck usage and come out with their own minimalist truck. Would buy!

I'm not arguing, I'm supplementing. Every farm has a truck that can't be taken anywhere near town.

A little truck like that would be handy as a shirt pocket for around the farm.

Honda does make a truck in their home market. Same price as this but only 45ps.
