Anyone heard of this before? I searched the forums and didn't see anything. Thought I'd post it here on General Car/Bike talk as that long discussion about RMM and another one about BMR is here too.

Interesting how in such a short span of time we got VIMC, Area 27, RMM (under construction), and now this. Very cool for the future of enthusiast driven facilities.

This is the way.
There's a club on Vancouver Island operating this way and that's the biz model of one of the ones (can't recall whether it's Carstairs or Rocky Mountain) here in the country of Alberta.
Risky AF for the early adopters, but whatever gets the Allah Damned thing built, no care.
