Wife just saw it on Facebook.

Multiple sources connected to the iconic comedian and actor -- most famous for his starring role as Danny Tanner in 'Full House' -- tell us he passed away Sunday at the Ritz-Carlton in Orlando.

The Sheriff's Department and the fire department responded to the hotel around 4 PM ET ... after hotel security had found Bob in his room. We're told he was pronounced dead on the scene, but the circumstances of his death are still unclear.

Well he was no Norm Macdonald but he sure did have a fucking terrible sitcom in the '80s and '90s.

His stand-up was awesome though.

This was the first thing I thought of yesterday when I heard the news. I had only seen him in Full House up until Half Baked came out, I laughed so hard.

RIP Bob

Typically crude/shock humor is pretty lame, I think it's a lazy way to get a reaction... nonetheless, I saw him when he was in Calgary a while back and holy shit he was funny. His planned material was so-so, but the ad-lib he did when engaging audience, theatre staff, etc. was unbelievably funny.

I'm interested to see cause of death. Heart attack maybe?

Hopefully cocaine and hookers. What a way to go.

Never really liked the guy. I couldn't relate to either his on-screen persona, nor his standup.

Still, RIP. That's pretty young.

Probably cocaine.

Well maybe, but the article you linked specifies the police found no signs of foul play or drug use, sooo...
