Edit: my vehicular estate agent (on a 7/3 commission plan) assures me this vehicle is free of defects, and will even negotiate a $1000 discount off of their commission structure if I sell my current car through them

Turns out that GX460 has a small claim for rear end accident ($6k), and a claim for a fire (lol) ($16k). So yes, but also no.
