Just curious if anyone knows what these are? I was thinking some kind of foundation repair, but have no clue. They are in a condo building, in the parkade. They look like grease nipples.

Yup. Epoxy injection. It’s a fairly proper way to fix cracks in a foundation. If it’s done right it’ll last a long time and they usually offer warranty on it since it should last.
