"These documents must be notarized by a notary public or lawyer and their signature and seal/stamp must be visible on the scanned images"

Which places have you guys use and would recommend? Preferably somewhere in NW but not necessary.

Its literally just a signature/stamp with regards to notary public. Go wherever can fit you in at a time that is good for you. Keep in mind you may go to someone's house if they work from home, it's not uncommon.

Registries all have one. Student legal services will have many. Most of the community supports groups have the receptionist setup...

Lawyer's office / 'actual' notary office will be 60$ or so to show your id, sign in front of them, and make stamps/initials.

Any notary will do. It's not a complicated service, just find one close that is open and don't overthink it.
