Useless and a waste of money. Find a healthcare practitioner and find out what your body actually needs

Oh, and buy magnesium and take it, we are all deficient in mag intake. Mag chloride preferably, the citrate you buy at the store is poorly absorbed

I like orange triad by controlled labs. Has some joint support ingredients in there that help when you are a geezer.

I doubt they make any significant difference. But just in case they do, I buy the gummies from Costco because I can eat them just for the taste.

Yes, I'm on the subscription and get a shipment monthly.

I've been a big fan of the Real Mushroom brand for several years.

Whatever the Costco ones are make your piss look like concentrated Prestone. I find that creepy.
Still take.

I've been using the powdered Animal Pak for 2 months. It's convenient to take, tastes good (green apple), and had some immune boosting stuff (zinc, etc). No regrets so far.

Asparagus + Vitamin B.

Stanky mountain dew.

In a serious note, I will try to go on a multivitamin, with omega 3 and maybe some extra vitamin C and D. Been feeling tired as fuck lately.

As far as I know, that's not always true. A healthy, balanced diet should indeed provide the required nutrients for the most part. As you mention, magnesium can be a problem as iron can for women, as well as vitamin D for everyone who don't get out in the sun or winter time.

However, if someone has a poor diet they may well run a deficiency in various vitamins and minerals. And for those people and those people alone, I do think there is a limited use for multivitamins.
