Do any Beyonders or their family members work at AB blue cross? I have been looking at their job postings and noticed the following:

COVID-19 Vaccination Notice: Alberta Blue Cross® has a COVID-19 Vaccination Policy that applies to all of its employees. As a condition of employment, successful job applicants will be asked to confirm their COVID-19 vaccination status and may be required to provide proof of a valid negative COVID-19 test or a valid exemption pursuant to applicable human rights law if not fully vaccinated.

Are they still discriminating against the unvaxxed?

I'd say you should take them at their word in that job posting. No reason to think they'd have that in there if it wasn't true.

I read it as a condition of employment you have to:

1. Be subject to regular testing regardless of status.

2. Disclose your vaccination status
and/or
3. Valid vaccine exemption.
:dunno:

If that's a big deal for you, then I think you should examine your potential of enjoying working for an employer that seems so mis-aligned with your values. You may not be a good fit.
