Suggestion needed - Need 2" hole drilled through concrete into utility room

I'm having a sink drain run from my garage into my utility room, through a concrete wall, by my plumber. He doesn't have method to drill through the concrete into the utility room. Not sure what the wall thickness is.

Anyone have a coring bit and associated drill that'd work? Happy to pay something.

You should be able to rent what you need from Home Depot... Drill and Bit.

Unless you really need a coring bit that big for personal use...

This is the only 2" bit they appear to rent. The issue is I don't think this bit (hole saw) can go any deeper then the bit depth, right?

Maybe. The $180 bit at my amazon link at the top is 23" deep, so it could do it, with a strong hammer drill.

Last time I rented one from Home Depot it was a Bosch twice the size of the one I used when I actually worked in concrete.

You likely need a hammer drill to first drill a hole to insert a concrete anchor, aka red head, to mount this to the wall.

You can use what you have shown. Just get a chisel bit too. Drill to depth, break it out. Drill to depth again.....profit.

you're not supposed to have any openings between your house and garage though so seal that SOB up with some silicone.

Keep a small bucket of water nearby to dip the bit in every once in a while as you drill. Will keep it from getting too hot.

Off topic but I remember seeing one of those Vegas reno shows on TV. The flipper wanted to not pay for a concrete scan before cutting into it to build a kitchen island with a sink (needed cuts to run the water services).
Long story short, I didn't clue in that with no basements and concrete floors, the power sometimes gets run in the concrete.
The guy cutting the floor would have died. Main power supply to house went right through one of the cut lines.
