Recommend me a plumber

Installing a new dishwasher.
New, not replacement.

Electrical exists. Need to drill through cabinets, provide hoses, etc.

Kijiji is coming around $120, bigger shops are shooting for $250.

Who's recommended around here?

If you are not comfortable doing this kind of stuff yourself, pay someone who is a proper company and insured. The last thing you want is to have a flood or electrical issue and you are on the hook because the guy doing the work was not insured...

I wouldnt gamble with kijiji on that. Its pretty straight forward but for the sake of $130 its not worth it.

If a person is a bit handy, a dishwasher install is v easy.

If a person is not handy, +2 for going with someone reputable for the extra $100.

Ive used Mr Mikes for a bunch of things.. leak, clogged pipes, replacingt a toilet and furnace replacement. always happy with the work and attention to detail and wouldnt go anywhere else.

Any updates to the suggested plumbers? Noticed some water in the basement utility room today. Figured out it's happening when the toilet right above it is being flushed. Good news is there is good access to the underside of the toilet if required as the ceiling in the utility room is not finished.

Kings plumbing has helped me out in a pinch a few times. Accurate quotes, on time, friendly, showed up on a holiday with a water heater, etc.
