Bought a nerdy flashlight and need some 21700 lithium cells. Are there any local retailers y’all would recommend?

Battery world, but you gotta call or go in.
Or Canadian tire.

Vape shops sell them too, but they'll probably try and sell you some jerkoff expensive ones that "vape better bro"

B&E has them, $18.00 each.

lol at the reviews

maximum if you're going to advertise a battery as a certain size, make sure the sizing is correct. this doesn't fit in most 18650 battery compartments. the battery is longer. pretty funny when 18650 is literally the dimensions of the battery and it's incorrect.

The built in USB port makes it longer than a true 18650

Thanks y'all for the additional recommendations. Battery world doesnt have 'em and claimed they couldn't even get some in for me. Will try B&E! Thanks for the rec

Vape shops would be the best bet for a good cell.

We usually bulk buy from BatterySpace.com FYI. good selection of genuine stuff.

I gave up and ordered some Samsung 21700s from china, wurkkos or some other such aliexpress type vendor. I appreciate everyone's help. Just didn't have the time to consider anything else. dont care if they take until February to arrive, if it saves me 2hrs of driving around and fucking about.

i found em locally at 911 supply if you wanted it sooner, i trust the store, but $33 for a sketch looking battery, not so sure i trust, lol

I should've mentioned that I would prefer to not hack up an A23, but that may become an option...

i dont knwo why you'd be hesitant, you can get an a23 for $1 on amazon (in a multi pack)

otherwise you';ll probably pay $10 for a single lr932 because it's "specialty"

i had some a23 sitting around here, just out of sheer curiosity, i ripped one apart, yep, lr932s

Oh, I didn't realize A23's were that cheap. The last one I bought from a store was like $8 and this is for a toy that probably cost $7.

Is this an actual thing or a metaphor for like selling garbage or something? I could use a few cheap 18650's too.

just steal old laptop batteries from the recycle bin at work or at the recycle bin at front of most electronics/hardware stores, bust em open, any of the non flat ones have 18650s in em, i have hundreds of cells i have harvested that i use for various projects.

Hey, could you please link me to the cheap ones? The ones I'm seeing on Amazon are still like $10 and I don't need that.
