Raid of 3,000 officers on 110 locations, but only 25 arrested. They went for the tippy top. Noone says Nazi, but it was Nazi.

If this happened in China or Russia, there would be global condemnation on "crackdown" of "democracy/freedom loving" public, and mass outrage and sanctions :D

Like our goof of a prime minister, who was condemning China for crackdown on Chinese Covid-19 protesters....while being in court answering to the crackdown he did on Freedom convoy...

Love the double standard.

^^^ Great comparison, because China and Russia are so much more democratic and free than Germany, well done.

haha the "trucker" convoy had way more in common with a coup, including a drafted "legal" document they intended to serve to attempt to overthrow democracy... than it did covid protests, that was just an excuse to get idiots behind them and increase their numbers.

Oh god, you are still around, that's too bad.

I didn't say they were, I just said it's how it goes. Anyone protests at home, it's a security issue, block their accounts, jail them, anyone protest in another country, it's "people demonstrating their right to freedom".

I doubt this is true. This group (according to the article) planned to take the government by armed force. That isn't a freedom-loving group, but instead allegedly comprised of people looking to incite violence, cause likely death, and to change the government to a fascist state. If they were fighting against an oppressive government, I could see where there might be some reason to support them. But Germany's government is strictly democratic, so if they wanted to change the country's direction, they should have done so politically. That's how it's supposed to work in 1st world countries. But they couldn't, because there isn't enough support for their position. Hence their desire to do so violently - which essentially equates to domestic terrorism.

No they are "freedom protesters," just like the ones in China and Russia and if you disagree it's a double standard.
