What exactly is not clear?

"The agency estimates that around 200,000 vehicles, including 70,000 big rig trucks, do not comply with the rule and will be prohibited from operating in the state, according to KCRA."

70,000 semis and around 130,000 other vehicles will be banned. The other vehicles aren't as noteworthy overall because they aren't that big of emitters as the 24/7 big rigs.

I mean, you could say 200,000 vehicles are banned - but thats not the big part of the story. California has been banning old Pintos since forever.

I'm pretty sure there are plenty of Canadian truckers who have no idea that this is a thing now with their ten year old rig: Until they get pulled over and held. Its not terribly hard to avoid the roads through California, but its a problem if you have to deliver to or from California. Straight south through Calgary, and very few will swing to BC if they need to do a US run.

I can imagine that with 70,000 taking alternate routes, Salt Lake City might have to double their gas station refills just to keep up.

Greta is winning. Tate has already lost (some sportcars in there as well.)
