This makes it sound like it is per vehicle:

Anyone who applies through the class action's website is eligible to receive up to $25 per claim, according to Visser. While consumers might expect to get less than $100, some businesses — including dealerships and car rental companies — can expect to collect up to $10,000 depending on the volume of cars they've purchased.

Seems strange that presumably a dealership could make a claim on a vehicle and then the subsequent consumer could make a claim on the same vehicle.

In the end, it's the lawyers that win...

Edit: the settlement site seems to state "per claim, not per vehicle"... but I can't be arsed to do any more than skim the site

I did submit my claim and it wasn’t clear on the value of it, other than multiple vehicles don’t guarantee more than the minimum $25. Your total vehicles probably just gives you a relative slice of the pie compared to the total vehicles submitted. I entered 4, probably worth $25.10.

With this return and $20 from some blank CDs 30 years ago, I might be able to afford a Kananaskis pass so I can walk outside with my kids.

I read it's one claim per person so the number of vehicles you bought and owned doesn't matter.
