When my M3 went in for the break in service a couple months ago they also sent me those videos. I thought it was pretty cool too.

The videos now are norm at dealers to show we are honest and not stealerships. LOL and its quicker than typing the whole story about your cars details and as well as liability/he said/she said/ever since you worked on my car, my "insert example" doesnt work

Very cool car MaxBoost, big time. The videos the service tech good were nice to watch too, I hope that becomes the norm industry wide - even if it's one higher end cars at first, I'd by happy.

Now everyone knows your tires are good, ha ha.
