Are ATV's just for offroading or can they be ridden on the street? How about go-karts? Can these be driven down side streets or backalleys(paved)

Thanks!

You need all of those minus the proper lights and tires to drive it legally off road (on crown land) anyways. You cannot take them on road.

in some states you can, but not up here.
bikes can be converted to on-road duty with inspection, but I'm pretty sure ATVs are a no-no.

With the proper lights, non offroad tires, and mirror, along with a brakelight, can be legalized here anyways. Go carts are a no no period i know from experience by getting a 500$ ticket for riding one on the road, cant be legalized.
