Networking Problem

I'm currently running on Telus ADSL, just yesterday..i was browsing the net..a window poped up and ask/told me to connect or work offline. This didnt happen before, just recently. I'm also on a network with another computer, with a Dlink router.
When i click connect, it'll still show up the page im looking for..sometimes it just stay at the previous page i was looking at.
any suggestion on what to do or how to fix it. I think it's my router that is acting up on me, if so, how would i turn this on and keep it on. I'm still connected to the internet..just sometimes it wont let me load a page if you know what i mean.

i had this problem, i just unplugged my router and modem and shut down my computer and left it for a minute and then fire it all back up agian and no problems since... (i have an smc router and dlink modem)
