I'm unaware of this second gear grind you speak of. From what I've experienced/known/heard, there is an infamous second gear grind on the S2000 for the 00-03 models (that happened to me a couple times)

:D :D we all do .. but .. just .. not everyone can afford to do so ! cars are so so damn expensive ! and depreciate like shit ! ( not as bad as computer ..but .. )
