Hi,
I was wondering, do the V12 and other cell volumizing supplements really work? I mean, they are pretty expensive, 71.99 at GNC.

I am just using creatine and glutamine now mixed with gatorade and dextrose.

Any other products that are CVT's and work??

Thanks

Never tried loaded but beeen on 1-tu.
1-tu is good shit mind u gained like 8 pounds in 3 weeks while on it. N then lots like 2 pounds once i came off it.
Gotta remember ur test levels go really low once u get off it. Thats why i bought tribex 500 to boost my natural test levels back to normal.

The person ur talkin about is on his 2nd bottle im pretty sure so thats like 300 bux.

Suppositly ur natural test levels go really low after words .

Post cycle therapy is needed.

creatine and all those fairy over-the-counter supplements are great for someone just starting to take their fitness seriously, but eventually your body is going to peak, (and no you wont be huge by then at all). when an athlete gets to that point they can either go through hell and back or start putting needles in their ass.

My personal (and unscientific ) opinion is:

Creatine monohydrate works excellent but only after I've taken it religiuosly for about a week, then after the second week I'm not convince that it does me any good. When it is working - I can add an extra plate to any exercise that I do. When its not working, I feel better by going off of it. All it takes for me, is one long sweaty workout(without taking creatine) and I can loose the water retension that comes from the creatine.

I use V12 once a week on my 'insane' day when I go extra hard. My opinion is that it doesn't make me feel stronger, but sometimes I think it helps me get through the workout better. And sometimes, I don't think it helps me at all. I'm not sure that I'll buy more of it. I think I can get similar results with drinking lots of fluid and eating some slow carbs 1-3 hours before my work out.

IMO, if this stuff works for you then stay with it, if it doesn't then don't stay with it. We work too hard for our money just to dump it into suppliments that don't work. If you feel a need to spend extra coin on supplements, you should spend it on healthy foods first.

Betagen by EAS, is very effective!,.....

BetaGen HP is the first formula to combine University-tested HMB (B-hydroxy B-methylbutyrate monohydrate) with Phosphagen brand creatine. Supplementing with BetaGen HP may:
Increase lean mass and strength
Suppress muscle protein breakdown
Enhance muscle energetics and recuperation
