I have a cheap computer that I dont need, its basically brand new and I didnt use it other than turning it on for an hour once. Its great for a casual user that doesnt require something that can do gaming or video editing really well.
It does not have a hard drive though.

256mb DDR ram
keyboard, mouse
onboard video, ethernet, sound
52x cdrom
Guaranteed against DOA. Bought it a little over a month ago, realized it wouldnt work with my peripherals (the cards I was intending to use were ISA, I didnt notice that at the time of purchase)
I was going to return it the same day, but a relative of mine said theyd take it off me. Been a month and no money from them so its up for grabs.
