View Full Version : Wanting to find 1989 civic DX CLUTCH *moved*

need a 89 civic dx hatchback clutch for ma car.. prefer used because i wanna buy a nice one later on when iget my swap... but just somthing for now... new stock ones are ok if the price is right.. any clutches i'll take that'll fit my car!! ASAP please... someone must have one lying around! help a guy out

I have a ckutch for your civic like new lots of material left on it

70 bucks ill post some pics for you as soon as i dig it out

what year was it from?? was he/she beating on the clutch b4? approx how many Kms does it have on it? Whats the brand, does it come with flywheel or bushings or anything?.. lemme know some details..

oh yeah sorry forgot about this..
ugh yeah ill take some pics of right now

but frommy observatin the clutch was babied no sigs of ridding the clutch, or heat spot, no chips or cracks, it came of a 91 honda civic dx engine from ontario if you want the fly wheel i can through that in but i think i lost the bushing for it let me go down to the garage and check il snap a few pics aswell

oh and no clutch bearing sorry must have lost it when took it out

i suppose this clutch has about mabey a good 30-40 thousands km on it but im shure it will do more than what you are asking of it, im not shure about the brand either sorry

could i get a pic of the pressure plate from the side so i can tell if the pegs are bent or not... tnx

Its called a release bearing:)

The one in the flywheel is a pilot bearing.

my bad my friend was tellin me he knows clutches more than i do or sumthn... haha i jus know I NEED 1!!
