Oil hose repairs

I have a remote oil cooler hose on a Japanese car that weeps,Is there anyone in the city that can replace the crimped hoses??

get new hose and clamp and loan a crimping tool

Its not too difficult. I don't know if I would trust hoses from a hardware store, but you can rent a 1/2" or 3/4" crimper from them for cheap.
