I don't think the stx was available in north america....

This should probably be under general car chat as well.

i seen a cuple of them on the U.S but i cant seem to find the difference anyone has any info reply.

I havent heard about the STX, but for the ST it is a BASE model Celica, and Powered by the A series engines (4A-FE). It came in the coupe only.

I looked into it a bit more and APPARENTLY STX is a factory ordered appearence package that came with Pinstriping Designer Spoiler And 5-Star Designer Alloy Wheels. It has An upgraded 1.8 ltr. engine (up from 1.6).

Just what a I found surfing but sounds like a slow car to me...
