Joint venture between Davenport and CIRO High Performance. Look for this truck in September issue of Truckin.

Davenport built 421ci stroker LS1, Ported heads, Jesel valvetrain, big cam, Dynatech Headers, B&B exhaust, Vortech T-Trim Blower, water to air intercooled and nitrous injected. Tuned by Davenport. Kelowna High Performance custom paint, 24" wheels, custom stereo, etc.

See, that looks WAY better than the other truck you posted IMO, the black wheels, even though they are huge, are not ugly like the chrome Baller wannabe type. Nice truck!

... except the subboxes look like they belong in a redneck-mullet-wearing panel van

If it made less than a thousand from a 421 with a fairly big T-trim and nitrous, I for one would be disapointed.

yes black wheels with the polished lip are nice choice for the suv. style who knows that dont matter much to each his own.

nice job on the sub box etc, but seems out of place for the vehicle.

The trans in that thing is a 4L80E, a rebuilt one with some better parts like cutches etc will have NO trouble taking 1000+ horsepower, they are incredibly strong transmissions. Besides, to only make 700 horsepower out of a 421 cubic inch motor with heads that are flowing 300+ CFM's and a decently sized blower like a T-trim you would have to take it down to like 6 or 7 PSI, and I'm sure they didn't build a motor like that to run 6 or 7 PSI.

It's a PHAT ride and everything but I heard that it's got the NOS because it runs high 15's which is fast for a heavy truck. Could just be a rumor.:dunno:
