Hey Everyone,

I just wanted to give you a heads up about a truck meet on May 1st.
It starts at 6:00pm at in the north parking lot of the zoo. We are going to hang a round for a while then head to Hooters of wings (if we can get them) and beer.

See you there!!!

I've got a better Idea... Everyone meet out at Maclean creek around Noon and go wheeling and barbecue!
Thats my plan.. May 1st is when they open Maclean for the season!!!!

Hahah, that's a sweet idea!

So is this like a 4x4 truck meet or a low-rider truck meet?

Yea the meet is open to anyone who wants to come. Most of the trucks are low riders, but there are a few fast one's too.

The meet is organized by the members "Calgary Sport Trucks" a loose association of drag racers, low riders and 4x4s.

If you have a truck and it has been modified, you are welcome. 4x4s, hydraulics, Race trucks, Airbags. Anything goes.

We meet at the Zoo, shoot the breeze, have a bit of a cruise downtown and head for hooters on Macleod Trail. We have been doing this for a few years now and the turnout keeps getting better!

Sounds nice. Most likely I'll be working on my truck that day but I might stop by to see what's going on.
