just as a suggestion, its not likely you'll find a cam with a card for under $200

a 256mb card alone in most formats it worth about $100 or more...

you should raise your price or lower your expectations...

I have a Fuju Finepix A201 for CN$120 + 16mb + 2 AA NiMH 1.2V
1800mAh batteries.
2.1 mega pixel, most of fuctions are available,
Digital Zoom*2.5, F4.8~9.5 etc...
This cam is very good beginner (small, easy to use)
Some scratches but nothing major..

It's a bit more than what you want to spend but instead of getting a 2mp el cheapo camera with a 16mb card, you can get this 3mp model with real optical+digital zoom and a 256MB card.
