I think Calgary's got a tough one ahead. It's almost like a must win for them. I don't think they can afford to let the Red Wings win and gain more confidence.

I love the flames, but I predict a loss, they'll be lucky to leave Calgary 2-2, I think Calgary will lose in 5 or 6, probably in 6.

I think this one will be a high scoring game though, Calgary losing 5-3 or 6-4.

Unless we come out hitting, and can pull off something crazy.

Still I think we'll lose the series but we'll leave Detroit battered and bruised and they'll get their asses handed to them in the next round.

That game was amazing for me. I was sitting in the second row right behind Kipper in the 2nd period. Fuck was that amazing. I was in line with the center of the goal post and all the media did all there stuff right next to me. I'm almost choked to have to watch game 4 from the nosebleeds!

I've been watching ESPN/ABC for this series and like Gonthro says, they're really biased. I hate the commentators they have, and their "intermission reports" don't even talk about the game. Instead they focus on what's been going on with Montreal and Tampa. During the Saturday game, they spent their time talking about Commodore's fro when he had his helmet off, and how they kept mixing up the names of the Flame's players (except Iginla of course :rolleyes: ).

Plus no matter how well the Flames were doing tonite, the guy during intermission always found something wrong with them and kept talking about how they can never defeat the mighty Red Wings. I wish I had CBC to watch it on. :banghead:

I think the problem for me though is that you would expect american broadcasters on an american station to be biased towards the american team.
On the CANADIAN BROADCASTING CORPORATION however, if not neutral, I'd expect them to be pro canadian if anything, yet Healey has his love-in with Detroit still.

On top of that, did anyone catch his comment about WWI vets? This guy has no class whatsoever. How does a crappy backup goalie become an analyst anyways? You'd think that they'd try to get former coaches or something instead.

i liked hurdey as the color commentator for calgary w/ greg millin (?) i think it was! but they said he didnt do a good job! fuck that! i like hurdey he is pro canadaian and the 1st thing he said was that clgary deserved to win the van series! plain and simple, cuz they did! fuckin healy can suck a dick! he hasnt said one fuckin think usefull this whole series and we are only 3 games in! :banghead:
