Teach me about electronic boost control

I've started researching some electronic boost controllers and I was hoping some people here are using them and what their thoughts are. I really like the Apexi unit, but the price tag is really high. I've had a quick look at the blitz product and I know virtually nothing about Greddy's profec and the HKS unit.

Which of these is the best bang for the buck? If anyone knows of any for sale at a good price pls pm me.

Profec B Spec 2 is your best bang for the buck EBC. Simple to use, holds boost well, and cheap. Best place to look is ebay, there are guys that dump 10 at a time. I found one for a bit over $300cdn :).

Does anyone know anything about the Blitz unit? The I-D systems look pretty cool, seem to have some nice features and cost between the profec and the Apexi AVC-R.

I'll keep my eye on ebay for any profecs that come up at a decent cost, thanks rage.
