Noisy cricket at night

There's this Yellow M3 1995-ish 'E36?' ( i doubt it's real) down the street, at all times through the night he goes by my house and his exhaust is really fucking loud. It wakes me up at night, and irritates me everytime he drives by.. He lives at the end of the street, and doesen't need to go by my house to get home, going past my house is actually out of the way for him. Anyways, last night around midnight, he went booting by, WHILE honking the horn... AHHHH!!!

What should i do to shut him up? The guy is conceided and doesen't take complaints that easy. and never listens, His house and SUV outside have all ready been vandelized twice. (smashed windows, spray paint etc,,) The BMW sleeps in a garage, and only comes out at night.. late at night... or when i'm trying to relax..

I was thinking of calling the Bylaw, to see if that would work. or leaving a letter in the mail box, but if those options don't work, I just might do nothing until i come up with a better plan....Anyone else have a plan? (Besides, live with it..) :whipped: :rofl:

Yah he live in Coral springs like right next to the beach house. Not a real M3, brown guy and he doesn't have the rims in the pic above.

Sorry, i haven't replied, been really busy. Anyways, the car does look just like the yellow M3 in the pic, but the wheels are different, might be after market 18's. And the guy is brown, and he's got 'eye lids' on his headlights..

Anyways, today i heard him comming down the main street 3 times, and everytime he went around. As if he read my thread! hehe, anyway, it's much better now and i might even go talk to him. I don't wanna damage his property.

BUT i did, take out the silencer on my exhaust, Came home around 1 AM on thursday, revved the shit outta the wee motor, and dumped the clutch:thumbsup: , Man was that loud! Want war!!

It's not like harley davidson loud, it's actually a nice sound, but he goes by my house keeping it in 2nd, and the RPM's up around 3,000 -4,000 RPM. and on my street you can hear a mouse fart at 3PM on a saturday afternoon, so you can imagine how loud his car is at 2AM on a sunday when your trying to sleep and this cocksucker boots by waking you up.... His muffler tip is Oval shaped if that helps...
