coilover problem

i just took off my stock 95 civic struts out and disassemble it and put the top mount spacers washers bushings....etc on a tanabe coilovers but i didn't put washers and components on right, my car makes knocking sound on every bump thanks for your help

yah that happenend to my freind who just got a full tein suspension his was just a piece of plactic from his original suspension rubbning against the spring every bump so we trimed the plastic up higher than it was originally cut and it worked fine so far

did you forget to put the bump stops back in?

that was one of my problem too the bump stop is a piece of thick washer right? i put it at the bottom of damper mounting rubber and i guess its right but it dont seem right because the nut that tighten the top mount dont go too deep on the shock
