A friend of mine asked me to post this for him. He is currently looking for another room mate to share his place in Royal Oak (NW). Place has 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom, plus a basement that isnt developed. Room will be available in July, and hes asking for $450/month + 1/3rd of all utilities. Close to transit which takes you to new dalhousie train station, also close to new walmart, and sobeys. PM me if interested.
