best way to have a front lip shipped?

I was wondering what's the best way to have thigns from the USA such as a body kit or pieces of body kits shipped up to canada?

i've heard fed-ex is a good solution cuz they don't charge duty but i don't know?

I have my entire bodykit shipped with FedEx. Well worth it. I paid only $36 in change in duties.

UPS :thumbsdow Paid over $130CDN in duties just to ship a computer tower :banghead:

I'd use FedEx at any chance I could get.
