ryan smyth scored near the end of the first.

second period sweden scores on a break, 3-1 swedes.

in 2 mins canada tied up the game. (heatly and niedermyer (well nylander swatted in the puck haha. almost JAP STYLEZZZ))

but enough of this, flames game is almsot on.

What a 3rd rate hockey team. When Mark Dennis, Willie Mitchel, Nick Shultz, Shawn Horcoff, and Justin Williams are on the Team Canada roster I am embarrased,
First back to back Golds for Canada since 58 and 59, also the first time they have seen a medal since they won gold in 97.

The team was good, they won, who cares who was on it.

Canada has won the competition 4 times since 94, tied for most with the Czech's, there's nothing to be embarrased about.
