what's this worth?

My buddy blew his motor in his 91 Prelude SR. The thing had like 250km on it and it was bagged a bit. He wants to sell it now, the body (no rust) and interior(no rips or tears) are in pretty good condition. He asked me to make him an offer, how much should I offer?

btw: Which one is better? Si or SR engine? I heard the SR's burn to much oil?

i think he means for the whole car, except the motor. not JUST the motor..
and AFAIK Si and SR are the same motor just different trim levels
