I'm going into eng. at the u of c next year. I posted something earlier so I know there are some other engineers on the board.

Just wondering what profs are good?

As for classes what did you guys choose as your complimentary class in the first year?

I think the 233 prof's last name was Alves, don't recall though. 251/253 it doesn't matter who the profs are cuz they don't teach you anything in the lectures. You also had to take Chem 209, Math 221. Chem I had Mahadev, he wasn't too bad just that his voice was really boring. I haven't really heard of any good Chem profs. And for Math 221, I had some Polish prof named like Schynaki or something, he gave good notes, and his tests were relatively easy. yeah that's all I can remember for first year engg courses, hope this helps.

yeah some good profs are Azaiz, Brown, Elsabrouty, and there are others but i forget :p

Schynaki's exam for 221 was very easy compared to other people who took linear algebra
Elsabrouty and bos for amat
Kallos for engg 201
and Lissel for Engg 205
i took arky 205 for complementary
should have taken econ 201 though

all good profs about
but it doesnt really matter who your profs are..
sometimes you have to learn they work yourself cause theres no other prof and the prof sucks
