what do you think thsi is worth

I am helping a friend remove all the rust on his 90 240sx. we are going to repaint it and the head gasket went so but we found another ka from a friend with 160,000kms. the body has 240,000 on it and is that solid navy blue. to total it up:

-removing all rust and repainting
-swapping in a motor with 160,000k
- putting all new rotors and pads on all four corners.

The interior is in reasonable shape, not perfect but decent. No pictures yet but do you think once all the work is done 5500 obo is a fair price???
