Thats $234.6464 USD as per current exchange rate. Shipping would be a tad more into the states though but i really can't see it being more than $5-$8 USD more.

50 fps is prettys hitty for cs its alot better getting 99.9 if he wants to play cs he should definatly upgrad the vid card
