By the way, will BMW void the warranty if i change exhaust?

they may void that part of the warrenty, but they shouldnt void exlectrical or power train ect...

just call the dealership, i know if you touch the manifold its voids it but i'm not sure about exhaust

I heard if i don't touch the catalytic and converter i will be Ok.
I talked to the dealer and they told me it's Ok but to keep my old exhaust in case something goes wrong.

I am going with the B&B Tri Flo. I hope i am going to get nice sound from it:)

i agree check with the dealship first on either a recorded line or writtnen statement.

Well i did it. I put the exhaust and sound great. It’s little bit louder then i excepted, but that's fine.
