Styling, Firebird

Domestic pony cars, muscle cars etc were quite plain looking up to around 1968, and then they got swoopy styling, decals and what not. Compare the very first 1964 GTO and Mustang with their 1973 equivalents. I prefer the lively look, the older plain appearance looks quite square, just my 2 cents.

Yeah, I just think the more muscular, dramatic look is more in keeping with the muscle car mystique. :)
