128M, it allows you to write either roms you can download off the internet or write your own programs and play them on your GBA.
It looks like a cartridge just like a regular GBA game....but it is Read/write/rewritable.

I bought it from taiwan when I was there couple months ago...
you can even backup your existing cart and saves too..
