earthwake im thinking about doing this system:

4 10 inch memphis m3's running them on 2 memphis 1100watt 2 channel amps

what do you think?

Memphis Amps are "HOT"!
i dunno about there subs...memphis is really rare in calgary, and not alot of people know what those amps are capable of...i've owned 4 amps from them and have yet to "NUKE" one...we even ran one @1/4 ohm, and the thing didn't slip into protection.
get the amps forsure...
how much do they cost you down in the states?

What about your alternator? Do you have an 85 amp or 120 amp?

Also, think about adding 2 caps and at least another yellow gel battery.

the memphis 1100w/2ch runs around 400-500 a piece dependable on where you go but i am somewhat a relative of the owner of the shop so i will be getting the stuff cheaper

Don't get two caps and get an extra battery instead. You will definitely need a heavy-duty alternator.
