Awesome, I think Christian bale is a very good choice. He did very well in the movie "Equilibrium" and I think he will do just as good here.

i really like it that they are putting it back into a gothic-adult based environment. i think pretty much the 2 movies after the 1st 2 were just to make the franchise bigger and attract younger kids. i believe scarecrow is the villan and if they portray him like some of the comics this will be a chilling movie. i for one am HIGHLY anticipating it, even moreso than alien vs predator (and the alien quadrology is my favorite series of movies every created, moreso than lotr!)

Michael Keaton was the only movie Batman in my opinion...Even as Bruce Wayne he had a darkness about him, that Clooney, or Kilmer couldn't match....

And yeah Steve, that Batmobile ROCKED...but the ones from teh 60's was even cooler...it had labels for all the gadgets...

And Michale Keaton was by far the best Batman, but I think it had to do with who was the director for both the movies he was in. Tim Burton has that twisted darkness in his movies that works great for the Batman movies!:thumbsup:

There's a story line floating around on the net and it sounds like it will be a very good movie, I think he goes to Thailand or something to learn martial arts, a very different story from most of the other batman movies. Should be sweet.

Kilmer was good....Keaton was the best and Clooney should have never accepted the Batman role.

Clooney should stick to his Ocean series......he suits that role perfectly.
