-cranks and chainring (1 piece)
-8 speed cog
-seat

possibly other stuff that you might have

First of all you need to specify what size for your front derailer and if you need a bottom pull or top pull. And do you want parts in mint condition or used is fine? I have some parts kicking around but not sure what exactly yet, I'll have to have a look.

Straight trade...all of this stuff for the jackets...

XT 34.9 top pull top swing FD, Liken carbon fiber brake booster, Real racing aluminum cogset (I think its an 11-30) 8 speed, Grip shift srt-800 X-ray rear shifter (8 speed), Thompson Elite seatpost (27.2mm by 350mm), Technogen tech lite brake levers, full set of Race Face chainrings + a Sugino and a Vuelta ring, and a Mavic M231 front wheel with XTR hub. All this stuff is in very good shape.

I'm interested in the amp and the 6 1/2's. I've got lots of parts floating around here. I know for sure I have a front derailer and shifter, some chainrings, cranks w/tapered bottom bracket, and I have a few BMX seats sitting around (they're just like big sofas :)). I have tons of other parts as well, like forks, brakes, . Let me know if you're looking for anything else.

Do you still have the seatpost? That works out to 1" right? I need one for my BMX.

I think you need a 25.4mm post if it's 1"
