Where does everyone mount there aftermarket gauge's in there rides. I'm curious to see how many have nice custom setup's and some orginality. Please post pic's so we can see exactly what you have going on.
Thanks Mike

I have a 3 gauge A-pillar pod, and 3 more intergraded into the middle of the dash where my heater vent used to be.

Glove box - you can buy/make some pretty nice bezels to hold them. Away from prying eyes, both police and thiefs.

I never understood the logic of that:dunno:
Personally I like a nice big boost one on the pillar and then the remaining gauges in the console such as this.

the hood tach idea is so that when looking down the hood at the road, the tack isnt as far down as in you dash. this keeps you eyes closer to the prize (the road).

personally, i think glove box gauges are simply useless for practical use.

The gauges on the hood are for the types that are mechanical and actually run the fluids or what not directly into the gauge itself. For an electrical fuel pressure gauge, it can be mounted in the cab, but for a mechanical one it will state directly on the gauge that it must be mounted outside the cab. If you think about it, it makes sense because would you want fuel spraying into your cab if the gauge fucks up. :dunno: hahaha
