hey guys, I got another car lined up that I want to buy but I need to dump my rex in order to buy it.

I just changed the valve cover gasket/oil/spark plugs/air filter

has a slight leak from the oil pan drain plug.

the interior is mint
no mods whatsoever
pioneer cd player
previous owner changed all the speakers
sunroof

rubbers are good still and I can get you an inspection report for I just had one done.

Does the sunroof work, any recent repairs?

it is a power sunroof and it works fine, no leaks.

only repairs has been a valve cover gasket and tune up.

brakes were also changed.

and a new clutch and throw out bearing is going in on Friday since the bearing has started to rattle

When was the timing belt last replaced?

I do not know, but they are very simple and cheap to replace. keep in mind this is an Edmonton car.

Whether its an Edmonton car or a Florida car, has no bearing on the timing belts replacment. Just hoping you had a record of when it was done.
