Meteor over Seattle

Early last night a meteor entered the Earth's atmosphere over Seattle so quickly it lit up the entire night sky as bright as daytime for a brief second. A minute or two later, a sonic boom followed, which indicated just how quickly this meteor was going.

i live in seattle, i didnt hear anything. but i was deep in my sleep so i couldnt of heard anything...but from the video..it was bright. i wish i could of seen it.

Whoa! That's pretty cool! Kinda freaks me out though after reading about some scientist in Austrailia that is freaking out on the web about a 3 objects in space that are going to strike earth on June 18-22 and wipe out 1/2 the earths population.
He was predicting we would start to see some pretty crazy celestial things a few days before we get hit by the big ones. But who know maybe this guy's just some wacko
